After years of working within the EHS industry, we recognized a critical gap in traditional recruiting: hiring decisions being made by people who don’t truly understand the work. LEAN was created to bring industry insight, integrity, and practicality back into the hiring process.

I started this firm after spending years in the field and in leadership roles within EHS, seeing firsthand how critical hiring decisions were often made without a true understanding of the work.

I’ve been responsible for safety on active jobsites, accountable for people—not just positions. I learned quickly that the right hire strengthens organizations, protects teams, and drives performance, while the wrong one creates unnecessary risk.

Too often, I watched strong professionals overlooked and organizations constrained by traditional recruiting models that prioritize speed and fees over alignment and long-term value.
